Project description: under the auspices of the project, a construction project was drawn up detailing the changes to be made and field supervision was carried out during the conversion of the building into a service hotel. Total area of the building: 1,100 m2, with 23 hotel rooms located on five floors above ground, a restaurant on the 6th floor and technical premises in the basement.
