Project description: in accordance with the requirements laid down in the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, construction supervision services were provided at the site in relation to the construction of a new 10 storey office and residential building, spanning a total area of 7,040.1 m2. Total construction works costs: EUR 6 million.
